Good news about the duty, and yes prompt delivery.
Thing is, the pic in magnified many times, it is only a hair line crack with the naked eye, just about unnoticeable. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, saw it and took a look with an eyeglass.
Does it still work, yes. Is it safe, imo yes. If I made it would I be happy to sell it, no.
It's like a lot of things vaping related, tolerances, standards ( I believe the kick in either version can vary between 15mm & 19mm in length) and QC in many cases go by the board. at £13 I'm prepared to accept that, but if i paid £35+ for a kick 2 and the manufacturing was like this I wouldn't be happy.

For what it's worth I've been using 2 Fasttech clone kicks for about 5 months on a daily basis ... They still work fine in all my mods ... No sanding down or any modifications required ... At £5 each they have been a real bargain ... I've checked them on a meter and they do regulate the wattage as they should .... If you can stand the 4-5 week wait it could be a good buy

@scooby - fully agree! Just thinking of ordering more... Thanks to spikus for pointing out the FT ones - although I was aware of them I really didn't trust the quality so it's great to have a genuine take on them. Plan to have 3 maybe 4 mech mods eventually (1 or 2 for indoors plus a choice of 2 for out and about) so I guess I should have 4 kicks as a min to save swapping about ... anyone know the life expectancy of kicks? Do people have loads of spares just in case?
