Please please please help me

So I'm vaping away and realise my nautilus is running low (about 1.5ml) before I go to work,so as I normally doi went to top it up,but wait,I can't get it open there is a very tight air lock it believe after reading on internet,so I was wondering have any of you guys had the same problem and how did you solve it as I've tried all I can think of,please help me solve this

I had the same problem. A pair of rubber gloves and gripping it at the bottom, underneath the airflow control ring solved it for me, after a frantic panic with only 5 mins before I had to leave the house to go to work

I've tried that but I don't have much strength in my hands (only 24 and possible arthritis lol) will give it another go in 5 mins when I get some strength back lol ta very much though for your advice lairey

Before trying again, pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes

Yeah I thought of this mate but would that make the glass even more fragile?thanks

Submerge just the metal part in hot water for a minute (not the glass) then try the rubber gloves as lairey says.

Well the old freezer has saved the day,and a utensil from the kitchen the grip it lol,now seeing if it will save my nemesis head from the kayfun bottom as this seems to have done the same it must not be my day lol

pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes then a light abrasive, start with vfine wire wool... then try the rubber gloves...then start going to the gym...
