As the title says, I have just successfully recoiled a Nautilus head with a single microcoil with cotton wool using RiP Trippers vid. No more fiddly than the protank heads really, but because of the filler and the sides that come up above the coil, you can't just dry burn and replace the cotton as needed, you have to start again. But... I did it and it's bloody awesome!!!!

Well done! I gave up after a few failed attempts.

Well done! I gave up after a few failed attempts. Its not the best, reading 2.3ohms, but for first attempt, I'm chuffed to bits. Not sure i will stop buying the stock heads as they are so good and I'm only likely to get a tank or 2 through the rebuilds, but definitely wont be throwing any away. Did you try RiP's method?

Well if you are able to extend the life of the heads then it's a win! I followed Andrew W tutorial which is the same as RIP method minus the beard. It just did not work for me. Not sure why as I used to recoil protank heads successfully. I recently sold my nautilus anyway, I'm done with replacement heads! Was a lovely vape though ;-)

Thanks DiscoDes, was so chuffed with myself that I even had a go at rebuilding my Fatty v3... now that's fiddly! But definitely worth it
