Hooray, yesssss, it got through customs after being stuck there for 3 days   was starting to panic a bit there till I saw on the postal site it was going to be delivered today - phew

Got my litre of nicvape's 75mg nic base in VG + a litre of VG + 20ml of sweetener in the post today, from the USA

My god was it packaged well. I've got that much bubblewrap I reckon I could make a dress out of the stuff

Now just got to get it all bottled up into the smaller glass bottles I've managed to get for storing in the freezer.

So, I'm well set up for quite some time now, yay.

where did you end up getting your bottles from toots and enjoy mixing

ronaldo I got them in the local supermarkets in the end. 6 x 200ml bottles containing Rioja red wine which hubby has just finished drinking today (just in time haha) and 2 x 300ml bottles containing vinegar (that's all they had in those ones). The wine bottles are a dark green colour and will be used for the nic base & the vinegar bottles are clear ones which I'm going to use for the VG. Just need to get a couple more of them vinegar bottles, hopefully next week if they come back into stock.

Paid €8,66 for the wine & only €1,80 for the vinegar - so not too bad a price for the bottles + contents eh!!

I have not been mixing long so still wet behind the ears but would like to know why you buy your nic base from USA , is it better quality or cheaper or both & does vg base keep in freezer like pg base

I have been mixing for a while ronaldo, but due to the EU directive coming into force I thought I'd better get in enough nic base to last me a few years, hence getting a whole litre. First time I've ordered some from the USA. It was jess that put me onto Nicvape in America, and I must say it was a good company to deal with. Saved a lot of money too, buying in bulk like that, even with pretty high shipping costs. Was worried about customs though. Wasn't sure if a whole litre was going to get through or not.

zax47 I bought from the USA coz jess put me onto them as it's a bit difficult to buy nic base in bulk from the UK. The UK companies that sell it in bulk will not deliver it to me in the Canary Islands but the USA company had no problem shipping it over.

Yes, you can store nic base in VG in the freezer just the same as nic base in PG - or at least that's what everyone on here has told me. Will be transferring it into dark coloured glass bottles though which is better for storing in than plastic bottles. We've been discussing all this in recent threads on here over the last week or so.

Be carefull withcthose vinegar bottles toots! They really hold on to the vinegaryness and can taint your juice

I keep buying shiney gear.............that i have no money left for base, have a trillion concentrates though? that I have now recently learnt are in wrong type bottles.... there goes another £30

Yeah Steve (VapeStorm) I've had them soaking in washing up liquid overnight, am going to put them through the dishwasher and then I'm going to put them in a saucepan and give them a good 'ol boil. Maybe 2 or 3 boils just to be on the safe side.
