Box Mods for sale (Various Colors)

Specs for all mods:

Size of box: 100 x Height - 50 x Width - 25 x Depth
Chip: Evolv DNA30D
Battery: 18650

Fitted with:

Chip: Evolv DNA30D
USB: Evolv USB charger
Atomizer connector: 510 Silver sealed connector (NEW)
Firing button: Silver 16mm vandal proof button (NEW)
Up button: Silver 200 G-Force tactile button
Down button: Silver 200 G-Force tactile button
Battery holder: Keystone 18650
OLED frame: Firm plastic with a smooth surface (NEW)

Preparation:

Sanded box down to remove sheen using 80/180/400 grit paper
Sanded inner side of box using dremel sander for where parts are to be epoxied for a better adhesion
Cleaned the whole box with Isopropyl to remove any residues (NEW)
Primed box with one coat of self etching primer for the best adhesion possible (NEW)
Primed box with two coats of high coat primer and then sanded for a smoother finish
Color coated boxes with five coats of metallic and some with matt spray paint
Coated with 3 coats of matt clear lacquer for toughness and to also brings out the metallic finish on mods with metallic coating
Same coatings as above for the OLED frame except i did not use self etching primer as that has acid in it

Fixings:

510 connector, filled the underside of the 510 with epoxy 2hr to stop the 510 pin from moving down and damaging the rubber derlin and also securing the wires (NEW)
510 connector, epoxied to box with JB weld for extra toughness (NEW)
16mm firing button epoxied too box with 2hr and 5min epoxy
Up and Down buttons epoxied too box with 2hr and 5min epoxy
Evolv USB board epoxied too box with 2hr and 5min epoxy
Evolv DNA30D board epoxied down into box with with 2hr and 5min epoxy (NEW)
Battery holder held down into box with with two sticky sided tabs
Battery holder also with extra markings of + & - (NEW)
2 x Fuses fitted to battery positive wires for extra protection
OLED frame fitted with 2mm Lexan screen to give protection for the DNA OLED display

These are slightly more expensive than my previous mods due to the DNA30 costing more and the coatings on the mods and many more things being improved which added to the costs to me.....all materials have been upgraded to top brands

All mods are hand made and a lot of work is involved in making these, some might say £150.00 is a lot to ask for it but i have to say it does not even come close considering how much time and effort i have put into making these mods.

Anything marked (NEW) is changes to my previous mods

Please read the following information before inquiring:

 Due to most 510 connectors out there being the main cause of failure i would suggest using a Smok Airflow Controller and leave it screwed in so that takes the brunt of screwing atties in, easier to replace a faulty airflow controller than the 510 that is fitted to the box

If you need to fill the gap between the box and the airflow controller you could get a OCD ring

NOTE: All mods have been fully tested and are working fine, warranty is for 28 days and only applies to the DNA and USB board, if either of them fail within the 28 days then i will have to send the board back to Evolv for inspection.

It does not come with a USB charger or Battery

I was just saying the other day how I regretted passing on the "Rome" mod. I will have to go check my bank balance.
They are all beautiful, and if you take into account the hours of work, it would put you on below minimum wage for making works of art.

This is very true, i worked it out that each mod takes around 14hrs work (i can put this into detail but the post would be very long) and then the costs of parts.

Parts for mod around the £100 mark, labor around the £90.00 mark

Selling for £150.00

Might sod of to Kangertech and work for them

Seriously though, on the first batch of these mods I pointed out a couple of weaknesses which were an easy fix for me
This batch has those issues addressed and look great
Mine is in constant use here, I have an ocd ring fitted and a taifun gt or a squape fitted on top - microcoiled to 1.4ohms at 3mm diameter using .3 kanthal with cotton lace running through them- outstanding vape
I find that this is the mod that I grab without thinking about as I'm walking out the door.
If I wasn't after a new attie I would seriously grab another one of these
