News update for you-
Hana modz long story but basically out first batch will now all be plain aluminium and no logo as i actually think going by my emails there is more demand for this look. hopefully they will be with me sometime next week.
The second batch is on order and will also be plain aluminum with no logo.
The third batch will be ordered with a mix of plain aluminum no logo and also the colours with logo.

Other news we now have some nice drippers in stock

We also now have the stainless steel stingray in a fully mirror polished finish for the same price as the satin finish and brass ones.
These look absolutly stunning and the quality is excellent!

Hi matt.
I am not very happy after I bought a quarzt nano kit off of you, and after finding it didn't fit my KFL clone and sending an email to you, your response was less than pleasing.
Why you did not offer to take it back for a refund, or consider that the unit might itself be faulty, I really don't know.
I have to say I have never had such an unhelpful response from a vendor before.
I hope we can resolve this soon.

I hope you get this resolved hijack, i have used Matt for a couple of purchases and not had a problem, but if the need arises i would expect a helpful response and to accept a return of something that does not fit, pretty standard practice really for a vendor.

Hello in response to hijack the first message i sent yesterday in reply to your first email was sent from ym phone while i was out on a family day out and was only the first part of our conversation, i am back in the office this morning and have now sent you a second email, i was hoping you would reply to my first email with some more information to help me look into this further.
I had certainly not closed of the conversation and i am certainly not a vendor that does not help.
I am a vaper like you and as i think any one that has ever had a problem can vouch that i will bend over backwards to help all my customers.

Thank you matt for your return email. It would seem I did take your original reply email in the wrong way, and thought you were washing your hands of the problem by saying that the issue might be the size of the clone I have.
I apologise if my comment above was premature. When I read you email late last night I was more than a little annoyed about the situation.
Matt has given a full refund and has dealt with the issue as any would expect a good vendor to do.
