Just received mine this morning. With ref to them being a tight fit or too large, if you look at the pic above, the edge of the circuit board between the arrows is where the boards were joined together when they were manufactured. It seemed to be the only reason for it not fitting well in my FT nemmy clone. The arrows point to areas that need smoothed out. A nail board did the job perfectly and it appears to be exactly the same size as the 12watt earlier version and is now a "good" fit. Really very little material needed sanded down.
Yours may be fine, dont do it if you dont need to

These appear to be exactly the same boards as used in the 12 watt version (I have both). Very little difference between them at all.
