I remember around 7 months ago I moved house, the stress of it all on the day I ended up buying a pack of cigs and smoking one or two....
That was enough, it was just that one time.
I've been vaping 1 year 6 months i think and that one time was fine...

Will it happen again to me, maybe, who knows, but I will try not to let it happen....

I'm going to C&P what I have written in another thread but I think it may be worth considering, apologies to those that have read the other thread.........

Now don't shoot me down here but I think we need to take a leaf out of the "Big Tobacco" book and ask WHY (and I'm sure they have done their user panel tests etc) that the E-Cigs like the Vype and Njoy are supplied at 45 mg nicotine strength YES 45mg!!
It is because at this level of nicotine the body will absorb the same amount of nicotine that you would get from a stinkie. Thus stopping the cravings, that is why I think if you're a 20 a day smoker trying ecigs that you should start on 24mg AT THE MINIMUM possibly 36mg, bearing in mind a Ego/Evod etc will probably give a better delivery than a cig-a-like.

I'll second this, I AM in charge, IF I decide to Smoke I will, Vaping gives me an option to take a different path to get Nicotine!
