T-Juice are stopping selling Red Astaire concentrate!

Not sure if this is the right section to post this? Or if it's already common knowledge?

Read on Facebook today that someone had been told Red Astaire conc was being pulled because so many people were mixing it and selling to others.

Messaged T-juice, and had it confirmed. :-(

Not sure if it'll effect there other juices, but that's by far there best so will effect lots of people..... Especially those who can't hack the 80:20 PG:VG. Ratio, or can't afford it premix.....I'm more in the first group, premix gives me headaches.

Gutted ain't the word, but understand why they are doing it, and sympathise.

All i will say is i can understand being miffed as a Vendor,but betting there is a few doing it with other juices to,only problem is its going to harm T-Juice customer base [genuine ones] there the ones suffering,so pulling a product for one numpty well even though i was going to buy some more i will just find another i like and maybe if its back i may get some.......but also think on how mod makers feel with there stuff being cloned ,they dont pull the gen ones

If they have genuinely decided to go down this road then, while I understand their frustration, they are cutting off their nose to spite their face.

They will lose revenue and far more loyal customers will suffer (and move on) than shady people who haven't got the morals or sense to act decently.

I am gutted as I am yet another fan of this juice, and can't tolerate pg, so I'll be one of the people forced to move on.

T-juice has my sympathy for their product being misused, but by pulling the product they are letting a few idiots decide how business should be done, and for that they do not have my sympathy at all.

I can name a handful of vendors selling red astire under there name. Nigel did warn them about this a few months ago about copyright.. And only last week Lew was saying they would pull the plug on concentrates after seeing facebook page advertiseing red astire under a different vendors name.. He doesn't need to sell his concentrates and did so for the DIY mixers and now because of dishonest vendors that has ruined it for everything else...

I'll enjoy the last of my concentrate and then move on to another ADV. Shame but what can you do. Shame for Tjuice aswell as I always tried other concentrates with my regular ra order.

Vendor or not, if you 100% know who is knocking out home brew as original then the customer should know.

I have had a thought about mixing Red Astaire if they no longer sell the concentrate. Please can somebody confirm if I am right. Please bear with me if it takes a bit of explaining.

I have never tried the premixed RA, but I recently mixed it for the first time using the concentrate. I have heard people say that the premixed RA is too strong for them or the PG is too high. Super-Shiny's recipe for RA says mix at 20%, so I thought I'd mix at 12% the first time as I don't like really strong flavours, at 16mg nic, and 50/50 PG/VG. Very nice vape for me.

Now for my thought..... If I buy the premixed 10ml RA 24mg nic at 80/20 PG/VG and treat that as the nic base, according to the Mix Calc, if I add 0.1ml PG and 4.9ml VG I end up with 15ml of 16mg nic RA at 54/46 PG/VG and if the premixed RA is a similar strength to Super-Shiny's 20% then my mix will be about 13%. So I'll get 15ml out of a 10ml premixed bottle at my preferred nic strength and flavour strength. Have I got that right?

I'm hoping Nige will start selling again once the dust settles, maybe wishful thinking.

Sure he'll be carefully studying how stopping RA conc sales affects him over next few months.

Problem is red astaire is so liked by so many and easy sale for tits seeing a easy buck.

I saw in Facebook talk of a juice that is apparently very similar to red astaire pulled from another vender....coincidence, doubt it.

Will be using my remaining conc sparingly, think I've got bit less than 30ml.

Not sure of your figures, but good idea if you don't mind it being weaker flavour .
I could cope with bit diluted I suppose, normally mix 15%... Which is what they mix I think.
