I think it's a mini protank clone? I'm sure another member can pull out a fasttech link to show you ( I'm on phone) assume it uses protank replacement coils too?

Ok thanks guys, the wick is very similar to my Aerotank think your spot on, whats a bit worrying is that its a clone, it was bought from my local vape shop, where I bought my Aerotank from (which I have had nothing but trouble with) the Aero did come with the authenticity card though but I bet they can be faked easily, is it normal for vape shops to sell clones ?

joojitsoo, What sort of price was the shop charging? this is normally a bit of a give away. Going rate for UK would be Mini Protank...£12.99 (available for £7.99 online) Genuine Aerotank...£13.99 hope this helps

The giveaway is normally the price first and on occasion the build quality, but if it does the job to a satisfactory level just go with it. However there are some unscrupulous traders about and the old addage in respect of higher end gear must "if it seems too good to be true it genarally is"

It looks like the orginal protank mini (fixed drip tip) about £5 would be right for one of those. I still have my original one and use it sometimes but mostly I use the protank mini2.

It looks like the fasttech clone mini protanks I got a few weeks ago, they're actually ok and the kanger heads fit them, I've had no probs with them.

actually those clones are not so bad - and 5 pounds is ok
and give the aero back and ask for a replacement - it should not leak after such a short time - actually it should not leak at all even after longer

Clivia funny you say take the Aero back, I did just that and he swapped it for a brand spanking new one with no questions asked not sure if he has had a few returns but he knew what the problem was straight away.
I'm using it right now and damn its so much better than the iclear 16 I was using
All my kit arrived this morning for rebuilding coils so im going to attempt creating a new coil tonight just for a laugh :-)

So I just made a new coil for that Protank mini clone, it was the first coil I've ever made and was surprisingly easy, its taken it from 2.9 ohm to 2.1, currently got it cranked up to 9watts and no burnt taste its now an awesome £5 tank, whether it will blow up or something remains to be seen

Well done on your first rebuild Tis not the most difficult thing to man to rebuild a coil on a protank. Not least with Super-Shiny's guides unless you have poor eye sight
