It's not very steep though is it chykensa Haha - what you wouldn't be aware of is that the car park is on a downslope, so the photo is taken looking downwards at an angle of about 25 deg, and also the Moor is rough and quite wet underfoot after all the rain we've had. Even within 50' of the summit there is water pouring out of the grass and the dark stripes you can see running diagonally down the hill are actually watercourses, not paths!! Makes for heavy going indeed! |
