Here is my latest offering........the "Greigster`s Ali-Coil Buddy". The Hybrid offspring of the Original Greigsters Coil Buddy and Greigsters Coiling Station Details of originals can be seen here:- allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/31066/greigster-coil-buddy and here:- allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/32663/aluminium-coiling-stationThese are hand made by myself so they vary slightly, from one to another. Each one will include a 1.5mm drill bit to allow you to use them straight away, using your own wire or wick and wire, whether that is for Micro coils or ordinary wicked coils. The latest version is based on the original "Greigster`s Coil Buddy" but it is made from a solid billet of Aluminium with a Stainless Steel knurled top bolt for holding your wire. Comes in a brushed finish to enhance the grip. To complete the Ali-Coil Buddy, I have incorporated a 510 female hole threaded all the way through on the face, which will allow you to use your "Buddy" as an attie stand when you want to re-wick/coil. The stainless steel knurled top bolt that holds the wire, and the stainless steel bolt that secures the drill bit, should move freely, though could be stiff for the first couple of times used. These are available initially for £16.50 by Paypal Family and Friends, which includes 1st Class Signed for postage. These will be made to order initially, but stock held, will be increased quite quickly. Thanks for looking. I have the MkI but find the screw to hold the wire quite tough to turn, this looks like it'll be much easier for me Hi lairey, I am more than happy to sell you the Mk2 but if it is only due to the tightness of the top bolt that holds the wire on the Mk1, you could try removing the bolt and rubbing a candle across the thread all the way around then screw it back in a couple of times, which should make it easier. Let me know how you get on. Regards Neil

Love it Neil, great workmanship as usual and a great price Thanks Jason, I only ever expected to sell a couple of dozen wooden Buddy`s as a bit of fun, now over 200 Buddy`s later, there have been many requests for a shiny and affordable version, both here and UKV, hence the Mk2 Neil

I'll take the original off your hands lairey? Failing that, do you still sell the originals Greigster?
