Then HA are taking responsibility for the kitchen, bathroom and glass doors. None are up to current standards and the glass is illegal as it's not safety glass!

The new tenants will end up getting a palace. Pity these things hadn't been done in the 11 years that I've paid rent!

Nothing was mentioned about the cat flap and I hid the hole in the wall, but that will be fixed when I move the washing machine.

Not sure if he turned a blind eye to some things as he recognised a picture of DD, turns out he used to work beside her and she's friends with his wife

Really pleased that that particular pressure has been lifted, Karma, good for you. Although, yes, a shame you couldn't have benefitted from some upgrades.
