Just received my new vision spinner vv battery does it come charged couldn't get it to switch on ?? I've put it on charge just now and the on/off is lit up and my charger has a red light but has a green flash every 2 seconds !!

it IS charging. in a few hours (sorry) the light on spinner will go off but light on charger will still be red. about 20 mins after this the red light will go green. spinner may flash to tell you its fully done. the green/red pulse light on charger is normal

Normally means it is almost charged, it should soon change from red/green too a solid green light meaning it's fully charged.

my charger pulses from very low charge. takes about 4 hours from dead to full
