After 25 years, no stinkies for 4 weeks now and proud that:

I already have loads more energy than before
I feel better in myself as a whole
Am happier than I was before
My breathing is already improving
I don't have bad breath (most of the time anyways, lol)
My smell is starting to come back
My taste is starting to come back
I don't smell of cigarette smoke all the time
My dentist has said he is going to cleanse my teeth of all the stains (he wouldn't clean them for me before as he knew I smoked)
Not having to go outside in the rain and cold nowhere near as much

Continuing the standing outside for a fag subject, I used to smoke in the utility in the winter which is nowt more than a brick built lean to outside the back door, when both myself and my then partner went out there we often didn't bother closing the back door behind us unless there was someone in the kitchen, consequently we were heating the local neighbourhood. Since ditching the partner and starting vaping last July I haven't had the back door open more than necessary, there has been a significant reduction in my energy bills, now I know we've had a milder winter but my payments have dropped £20 a month. I'm convinced this is partly due to not repeatedly having that door open

I used to be ill all the time with colds and chest infections, the joys of childcare and since stopping smoking 6 months ago I've only had 2 days of sniffles!

Right.
Eventually started seeing a financial advantage.
Health improved after a fashion.
Sense of smell improved ( not sure if that's an advantage at the moment..Our bitch is due to deliver in a couple of weeks and Oh Boy is she flatulent at the moment)
No more redecorating every twelve months and no need for constant air freshener use.

Treating myself, with the money I have saved from not smoking, to a manicure - was too embarrassed to go before because of my horrid nicotine stained fingers

Benefits hmmm - lets see, in no particular order:

Got myself a new friend in the postman, have that much delivered we're now on a first name basis & chatting away
Not having to miss a crucial part of a programme/film whilst outside having a fag
Not smelling like an ashtray
House not smelling like an ashtray
Car not smelling like an ashtray
Can walk up what we call cardiac hill to my house without virtually collapsing
Not having to put up with a tobacco taste in my mouth anymore - replaced with nicer flavourings - yum yum
Teeth without nicotine stains (never had that problem with fingers though)
No more coughing & spluttering, specially in the mornings
No more sore throats due to over-smoking night before
Non-smokers 'happily' sit next to me now
No more bad looks when I used to light up a cigarette - mind you sometimes I get weird looks when I pull out the e-cig and start vaping
Taste & sense of smell are better
Feel healthier within myself

Can't say I'm better off financially though, fags are dirt cheap over here.

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

Edit: Forgot one, and it's the best one - meeting all you's nice peeps here on the forum thereby gaining god knows how many new friends
