im now getting more than a bit irritated with MYEPACK. two messages over 2 days on there customer service have been left and not even a reply to say there looking into it. not very good imo this could be a dangerous problem, very likely not i believe but could be if it is a short of some type. does anyone have a direct phone number or proper email address as they dont seem to be looking at there internal system. raggy. This seems to happen every so often with Myepack. They just go missing.
Whether it's a personal crisis or just over whelmed with business it would be helpful if a short message was left on their website.
With them picking 2 items wrong on an order of 3 items there's obviously some sort of problem there.
I've sent 2 emails today, one after discovering each error, and not had a reply.
Their reputation for price & delivery are excellent but this is not good for their customer service reputation.

Jules I've also sent a couple of emails in the past and never got an answer, I then called, first time got the answer machine and second time although pleasant enough couldn't wait to get me off the phone quick enough - agreed frustrating....

ive now had my mvp exchanged and although the problem with the flashing lights happen less frequently they are still happening. so it would seem that boge cartos are not totally compatible with the mvp or vice versa. to be fair it doesnt seem to have any impact on how well the mvp works but if it is indeed a short it wont be doing it any good. either the well is too deep or the centre pin is too low, the cartos all work perfectly on the provari so i can only assume these are the reasons behind the problems. so really the problem is as before.

I'm still having a lot of intermittent flashing while the MVP with boge cartos. I've now filed the top of the Atty receiver and cut new air vents and the issue is still the same. I use the MVP at 3.7 but I'm wondering if it might make a difference if I switch to VW if I do what would be equivalent to 3.7 in VW using cartos that read out at 2.1 to 2.2.
