Needles don't bother me at all but I do tend to get a bad reaction from vaccinations as it triggers my ME. Lovely to hear from you Alm & glad to hear you like the colours of the forum  |

I won't upset the apple cart by suggesting other forum colors after all we (I) don't need all singing all dancing extras as I (we) just want to read, learn and follow what is actually being said on the forum boards, which is the important bit. The links to the videos are very helpful though and are very good for a newbie like me.
