New Vendor saying hello

Hi Guys,

My name is Shirley and I have just set up a new e-cigarette company by the name of WispaVapours.

Now, I know that most of you here on the forum are pretty serious vapers, so I have to tell you that we are aiming primarily at the ‘lighter’ end of the market i.e. good quality cig-a-likes. We do carry a basic range of refillables with decent batteries and some nice e-juices which we’ll add to over time.

I decided to invest in this business because I am so passionate about vaping. After many years of being hopelessly addicted to tobacco, with more futile attempts at quitting than I care to think about, the electronic cigarette has freed me. I am so excited to be starting a business that has the potential to actually benefit people both health-wise and financially, although I did not take this step lightly. It is also somewhat satisfying to reap my small revenge on the tobacco industry for all the years it readily took my money and eroded my health without conscience.

I am aware this is a very competitive market and will be no mean feat to make inroads into.

I have conducted exhaustive research, pawed through health and safety certificates, and invested heavily my time and money into a product I believe to be the best I can source.

Our prices, after website expertise/ecommerce/bank/packaging/postage/product photography/printing/dedicated phone-line/warehousing/customs/vat and a few more costs that escape me at present, I believe are very reasonable.

The website www.wispavapours.co.uk is up and running although continues to be added to and updated. Our Customer Services is open to telephone callers 09.00 – 5.00 weekdays and email anytime.

The cig-a-like we market is of the slim-line variety, much more like a real cigarette than the clunky examples of 3 to 4 years ago. We have been trialling the product for a few months among a wide circle of family, friends etc and feedback so far has been excellent (BTW the reviews on the site are genuine – solicited, yes – but genuine). Personally, I take the cig-a-like with me when going out and use the refillable indoors – works for me!

I consider myself a small vendor with big aspirations and a lot of hope. I’m old enough to know what matters in life, wise enough to do something about it and stupid enough to hope to make money at this! I hope there will be a place for me here. It will be good getting to know you all.

Wishing you the best of luck. I had a quick look at your site, and whilst the products are not for me, the pricing seems reasonable. I have to agree with lisburnvapes though, the Triple Saver deals are not clear at all, so would definitely recommend you having a look at that

Good luck in your new venture. sab Out of interest, you do realise that BAT and the like are making inroads into the Cig-A-Like market as well,so Big T is still your major competition.

Charon, yes I know there are some very big players, but think that if we supply a good product, good customer service including fast delivery all at very competitive prices, we can carve out a faithful niche.
