I ordered a mini nova clearomizer from wickedeliquid.co.uk



On arrival it was clear it was faulty as it leaked everywhere. On further inspection I realised it was a fake. The website clearly stated that they only sell genuine premium products and they even confirmed this via email but this was obviously not the case.



I had previously purchased 2 Kanger EVODs from wickedeliquid.co.uk and these worked for only 3 days before giving up. I thought this was just bad luck but now after looking closely they are also knock-offs too.



I contacted them the same day as receiving and they flat out refused to refund me because the mini nova was now used - even though it was faulty from the get-go.



They have ignored all further correspondence and efforts at a resolution. I have now sent a formal letter of complaint demanding a refund. I have also reported them to trading standards who have agreed they are in the wrong and will be reported.



I do not recommend using this store because they are falsely advertising fake items and refusing to refund if they are faulty. This is the reason for this review and I hope you save yourself any hassle of dealing with this company in future!

I had a very bad experience with this website and have been advised by members of the other forum I use (e-cigarette-forum) to post my review on other forums for others to see.

Maybe you're the vendor I'm complaining about?

drummerdude100 AAEC is the friendliest forum but the normal procedure for a newbie would be to introduced themselves first like teethcv has stated, however thanks for the tip off all the same.

Agreed. Too bad there were no reviews around to know this beforehand. I did try their ice menthol which has these amazing 'reviews' on the site. When I tried it, it was awful and gave me this strange burning feeling in my chest, kinda like heartburn. Not sure if it was something in the liquid, but I binned it to be safe.

one thing i can tell you mate is dont beleave everything you read best thing to do is ask on sites to members they are the best people to talk to
