kal-el1875 no worries at all - I frequently hijack other peoples threads. I am just about to go down the MVP route for now - what do I need to get with it? I've currently got 10 Evods, 10 mini protank 2s, loads of flavours, usb/mains chargers, coils. Do the Mini Protank 2's fit on the MVP? And also - on myepack, there are MVP v2 Energy Line - are they the same as the 'standard' MVP v2s?

Didn't I suggest an MVP aaaaaaaaaaaages ago Everything you've got will work with the MVP, but invest in a couple of 510 to eGo adapters to be on the safe side. And then in some bigger tanks, an EVOD looks silly on an MVP! edit: I should really have advised you to run while you still can. You seem fortunate enough not to have contracted shinyitis just yet. If you are still able to think about purchases and take the time to ask questions, you aren't a carrier!

Hahahahaha BrenD thank you - are 10 Evods exempt from the Shinyitis tag?

Hahahahaha BrenD thank you - are 10 Evods exempt from the Shinyitis tag? It could be argued that they were sensible enough purchases, perhaps slightly OTT to buy so many, but sensible enough anyway. You knew what you were going to get and that you liked them. But now you are thinking about upgrading, I fear for you. You could stick with the EVODs, but where would the fun be in that?

Oh and the energy MVPs are exactly the same as the normal ones, well under the hood anway. The same goes for the Shine ones too.

Ahhh, so the Energy Line ones have just got a snazzier design on the "cover"?

Ahhh, so the Energy Line ones have just got a snazzier design on the "cover"? Yup, I guess the main difference is getting an iclear 16b bundled with the energy rather than a 30s. If the designs appeal it is probably worth the extra few quid, but I fell for the carbon black and have been very happy with my purchase

Thank you again, BrenD - now we're getting to the 16b plastic & 30s glass dual coil choice. With your far greater knowledge of vapey stuff, will my mini protank 2s fit the MVP ok? I like the bottom coils to be honest & will have loads of spares if the mini protank 2s WILL fit. They won't look too silly & small sat on top of the MVP will they? Or I could just buy a few 'normal' Protank 2s I suppose.

Here you go, mini protank on one and my favourite aerotank on the other, your choice, oh and you can see the driptip from the iClear30 in the background

Q did you just take that photo? Just for me?? lol Thank you - that gives me a great idea of how different clearos would look on the MVP thank you. The Mini Protank - did it just "screw" onto the thread ok, or did you have to get an adaptor?

Just for you Captain yes the protank just screws on but you will very soon want something with air control, hence my favourite aerotank, bought the 2 mvps from myepack, both came with iClear30, great little(!) tank but not enough flow for me, I would suggest getting your mvp (a basic colour, you can get wraps if you want to be different) and order a couple (or more) of the aerotank clones from Focalecig while the offer is on

I've just ordered the Vamo v5 to go with my collection, purely because I handled one a couple of weeks ago and loved the feel of it

Nice - I am still way behind most people on here with regard to buying stuff & getting it right, and there are probably a few who read my threads/posts who are regularly 'face-palming' at what I'm asking I'll probably start off with the MVP & use the Mini Protank 2s as a starter for 10, then get other clearos that fit. I think that as long as it is a 510 fitting/thread, it'll fit on it perfectly.

Okay - just ordered the MVP.
Protank 2 or Mini Protank 2?
Much difference apart from the size? I prefer the bottom coil.
