I've decided I do not need TV... I'll put up with what I've got at the moment. All the programmes are crap, and I mean ALL the progammes. I only like to keep in touch with the news... and that is so biased in some cases. I think I'll just keep on living my life... to the best of my ability! Same m8, even though i binned the Virgin box i bought a recordable freeview box for my OH for her favourite programs, out of all the 100+ stations there is only a handful of ones she records on....rest are just crap or repeats of the other channels. |

What sort of Aerial do you have Raffles ? (like, is it ancient?) I can get freeview in the middle of nowhere (as in, camping/caravan) the signal is pretty incredible. I just had to upgrade the aerial..... (? ?) I have a "sky" dish on my house. If sky even walked up my drive, a homicide would almost certainly take place. In theory, IF you had a dish and either a box or freesat TV, you could use one no problem. Sadly, for us.... our dish isn't quite aligned correctly, so the freesat is rather dodgy...(despite a clear line of sight to the the Astra satellite). |
