Paypal refund

Quick question, if paying for something using funds i had in paypal and i have asked the vendor to cancel my order and asked for a refund how long does it take to go back into paypal funds?

I ain't payed for anything before with funds coming out of paypal as i normally when using paypal change the payment to direct from my bank and when i have a refund it takes about 3-4 days to go back into my bank account as that's where it came from.

Hi Super-Shiny You will have to wait for the vendor to refund your Paypal account as it is bank holiday tomorrow it may be Tuesday, but you will get it as soon as the vendor does the refund from their business account, hope this has clarified it somewhat

Cheers richo71 i was just hoping it would not be the same wait when going back into my bank account which can take upto 5 days.

No it wont be a wait as it is directly from your paypal funding

Nothing special, pre-ordered just two Kanger Aerotank Mega's but the vendor keeps changing the date for when they are coming in, but myepack are getting them in Tuesday so gonna get from there.

It has to be done, ain't read or seen anything bad about them, just loads of praise and coming with a SS tank aswell is a bargain considering how much SS tanks are costing for other attys

It takes bloody ages, I bought something from a UK vendor , he refunded me immediately but the funds didn't hit PayPal until 9 days later.

It depends on the vendor having money in his paypal account. If so, it's same day. If not, it takes at least a week.

Can't you just use Paypal Pay Later Super-Shiny. It will take paypal 14 days to take out of your account and by then you should have been refunded?

False alarm anyway Gavster i thought i paid with paypal funds but that was for something else, the being refunded was originally bought from my bank through paypal so it looks like a 4-5 day wait.
