You need to put a hole in the cartomiser with either a hammer & nail or a saddle valve piercer.

Nothing required for the tank itself, just your thumbs.

Putting the hole in the carto really is a lot easier than it sounds...sharp nail + 3-4 taps and it's done.

you may find this useful to make the hole needed to use in a lil mama tank
£5 saddle valve thingie

heres a video demo ...really easy just turn handle till you hear the pop and then turn another half turn... perfect controled hole every time... and no women let lose with dangerous tools lol
