Ages ago I bought a pack of three Dual Coil XL LR Cartomisers, put them on my Tornado battery and didn't think much of them, when I got the Screwdriver, I pulled them out again, same thing, put them away, looking through my bits and bobs today, I saw them and thought I would give em one last go in my Precise, blinking heck, they knock my head off :-[ I can't win with these things. I think I will wash them through, freeze them, then put them away again, till I am desperate for an atty. Will the Kanger be like this as well? Lots of you like it, I was thinking to get some but not if they are next to nothing on my Tornado battery and blow my head off on the Precise ???

If the dual coils are a bit intense then I would suggest that you get the standard resistance Kangers instead of the low resistance.

Gordy I dunno how well its performing to be honest, its the first 'mod' I have tried, I can only say what I find, maybe I am a wimp lol, so until I harden up a bit, I will stick to ordinary attys on it lol

I ordered some of the Smok Ego dual coils for my Micro Pipe,i now have them at 4-4.5v on my VVs and these things kick some serious ass.I think these things are gonna be great to use when having a few beers.

I thought you welsh were meant to be tough- tut lol - the dual coils are 1.6ohms and they try to mimick 5v vaping at a lower voltage, the tornado runs at 3.7v However a freshly charged battery for your precise could be pushing out 4.2v at the start of use which would explain the difference you were experiencing.

Your so clever, I would never of thought of anything like that lol Well, it can stop mimicking and go back in the drawer before I keel over lol

I got them from e-cig wizard(great service i must add)They are the 5ml skirted ones that fit on an Ego.I bought them for my Micro pipe and they work great at 3.7v but even better via an adaptor at 4-5.5v on a mod.I would go as far as saying these are my favourite cartomiser yet, they claim to hold 5ml but its more like 3 and a half.Massive throat hit at 5v and they are giving plenty of flavour and immense vapour.I took one out earlier when i went to fetch the kids from school and the throat hit was still massive even outside.I bought 4 in total and will be getting more, ive never heard of Smok before but they sure do make good dual coils.
