I was passing time, as you do whilst waiting for the lousy royal mail to deliver my upgrade a Rok Star. Newish to vaping and it's all a bit new to me. Watched the youtube review on the lovely PROVARI this aft and went onto the UK site to look and luckily i wasn't sure which parts it comes with and which i would need ???, said i was a newbie. I thought the rok star was a good upgrade from a 510, but i soooo love the look of this and the reviews are amazing. I only vape 1 to 2 ml a day at the moment but i am sure that will change. So after all my ramblings, do i vape too little to justify one of these.

Lol you are supposed to be helping me resist temptation but an explanation of the different parts would be helpful ??? i can't get my head around the extra bits and the cart bits that can be used.

Yes chilax, its the youtube reviews that puzzle me as well, some have carts and some drip. I thought the beauty of the bigger batteries was that you could vape longer, doesn,t dripping defeat the object. If this is a stupid newbie question i apologise in advance

You looked and now If you don't get one you'll regret it. You need an AW IMR battery, the extended end cap is so that you can use a larger 18650 battery if you want too. I have one, if I could afford it I would have two

Thankyou blakey, that explains the battery for me. Was it Mae West that said, she could resist anything but temptation.

Thankyou, Hmmm need to read up a bit more to get a better idea of these variations and which would be most suitable for me. It's a lot of money (unless i can pick up a second hand one, hint hint) and i need to have a better understanding before i splash out.

If you're uncertain about splashing the cash just yet for a Provari Furbie ( although I can also throughly recommend them ) ECigWizard are taking pre-orders from tomorrow of this VV Mod.
It's very much to be tried & tested it has to be said, and the price has yet to be announced . . . but it will hopefully prove to be a more affordable alternative to the Provari.

I got one yesterday, chrome model. Battery was almost fully charged (18490), I also got the end cap as I have the larger batts. I charged the battery whilst reading the destructions on the enjuice site. Been using it all day today and what was left of last night and the battery is still going strong. Always said I wouldn't get one, I don't really like the satin finish and the older black ones had finish problems. I now know why those that have them rave about it, they really are good. It's made the bulli vape a lot better and LR 901's are great at 4v!

Thankyou Perp and BM, oh decisions, decisions. I just feel guilty cos i have just bought the Rok and haven't even got it yet and i am thinking of buying the provari. Is it worth waiting for a second hand one to come up.

Is it worth waiting for a second hand one to come up. I would have a play with your ROK first Furball and take things one step at a time. Personally, I wouldn't buy a second hand Provari because of the warranty and you don't know how they've been treated. They are the ultimate device though IMO
