The only time I had something delivered from Germany I had to pay over 30 euros customs fees - the item only cost 30 euros so by the time I got it it was double the price

Must of been a while ago, (correct me if i'm wrong) you don't have to pay custom fees anymore if you buy within the EU

I got my mod destroying saddle bag from Germany....about €100 at the time (now €150) and that had no customs fees...was about 18 months ago.....1 week delivered

Gatwick is (are?) very relaxed about vaping. Last time I looked at their website it said that basically you can vape anywhere it's not specifically forbidden.


Incidentally, I bought a reel of Kanthal resistance wire from Germany (found on [UK] eBay).

Excellent value, and only took about 3 days to arrive!

The canaries, don't fall under most of the EU legislation, as they as a  group of Islands fall under the outer most region of Europe and have some differing rules and regs
