resistance and batt life

just wondering if you have a low resistance coil do it use the batts quicker than a high resistance coil
in my head lower uses faster but i is prob wrong

Aha, but if you turn down the wattage for lower resistance coils then the battery lasts longer, or just as long as the higher resistance coils at a higher wattage does - is that right too?

lol good i is using a mech mod with a parallel duel coil at .8 ohms and i seem to be going throw batts at a rate of knots and its lush

will try a bigger one to get some more batt life

That's 15 - 22 W (at 3.5 & 4.2 V), its the Watts that count, higher res on an unregulated mode mean lower Watts.

tbh i thoght if i stayed above 1ohm all was safe with a mech mod

Just keep some ice cream handy.

Its not good, bad (unless your battery can't hack it) or ugly, but more than twice the watts the 1.8 coil would use so it would drain the battery faster.

Are you running those regular efest jobs? They don't last for me but they do charge quick, the sony vtc4's last ages but do take longer to charge.

i got a cupple of the green sonys to use when i get under 1 ohm but it still hammers them
gona try and get a 1.5 duel parallel chimney going tonight hopes it will work ok but give a little more batt life

Are you solid chain vaping? A sony vtc4 lasts me all day easy with a 0.9/1 ohm coil

I get through a couple of VTC4s a day on a DNA30 0.9 ohm & 22 W, 10 mg juice. I was on 6 mg and vaped about 50% more before changing up to 10 mg.
