problem with short on coils ?

Hi i have a zmax v5 and a itaste svd - i made some coils up and when i put one on my zmax v5 it says "short" but when i put it on my itaste svd reads 2.1 ohm and works fine ?

Try lifting the pin on the zmax intheblim. If not try screwing the atty back a bit on the zmax.

when you say screw the atty back a bit do you mean loosen it off ?

Yes mate. Someone had this problem the other day on there zmax and they lifted the pin and all good.

Cant seem to raise the pin on the zmax and dont want to break it - it seems all the single coils sometimes say short but the dual coil heads seem to be fine ?

For some reason the DC heads seem to be a fraction deeper. Bloody strange.
