atmizoo lab venting?

Just asked on the atmizoo blog geordie_vaper. I think if it's running in springless-fused mode it's designed to pull all the power into the PTC fuse and so prevent a battery breakdown; but still, if a battery can leak it will leak, and it needs somewhere to empty its guts. (ewww)

so if you run it with the spring theres no venting? deffinatly not gonna run it that way then haha

The fuse will protect you against any short-circuit circumstances. In any other failure condition of the battery (problem of battery, high environmental temperature etc), the vent hole is still there. The PTC module and acetal/brass material of the fuse set are designed and tested to instantly melt and allow de-compression. "

The vent holes are either side of the 510 connector in the top cap.

At least I think that's what they are anyway.
