So, I have about 50 (yes 50) ProTank heads sat here. Some have been done with microcoils and some a "stock" It occurred to me "How am I going to tell which ones I've done with CW & MC at a glance?" So here's what I now do: I cut a notch in the rubber grommet. The 2 on the left are CW+MC, the 2 on the right are "stock" Simples!

Great advice DiscoDes I have actually lost 2 microcoils that were done for me, because I just dismantled them without checking In fact I may have lost 4 I keep mine separate, under 2 ohm and 2 and over, never thought to separate the microcoils

Good idea DiscoDes!
I found that I was getting them mixed up too, so, now for the M&C I just turn the grommet upside down, (both on the newly done and spent,) but reverse again when put into the tanks, works for me.
