Electricity...

I've just cooked a meal using it, by the light of my light bulb (grey night). My heating and hot water is on because of it (got a bit chilly here). Have just swapped files between my computers because of it. My telly is on (crappy aerial though) because of it. I could go on...

What the he** would we do without it... just something to think about. I'm playing music through the PC at the mo and just thought what would I be doing if there was no leccy! Could you survive?

What would you miss most if there was no electricity, and what would you do to amuse yourself? (fiddles is not allowed to respond!)

We camp quite regularly, usually without EHU, so are perfectly happy for up to a week with no leccy. However, we do take portable PSUs to charge our phones and mods. We tend to play cards, read a lot, if we go with 2 of our friends, one of which plays the guitar, a sing-along round the camp fire. But living without any electric full time?

when Thomas Edison died - they wanted to switch off the electricity just for one minute - and even that was not possible, mainly because of the hospitals

well I guess we would read even more, talk even more , most of all I would miss to be able to charge all my vaping gear - guess would need to have some solar pannels or windmills installed

If there was no leccy I would be wiping up the puddle of water under my fridge freezer as it defrosted lol.

On the bright side I would have no breakdowns at work to fix cause nothing would be running, though it would be a boring shift with no internet to browse.

Camping stove for hot water, candles for light, books to read, guitar to strum, g/f for ........ well ....... lets just say warmth lol.

Back on the roll ups though I suppose when my battery ran out
