Kanthal wire in the shops?

I think she means in B&M shops. I tried all my local vape shops and none had them in Mrsmac, none had them in.

Mrsmac, it's not the sort of stuff most B&M stores would keep. not really viable for them to use their limited storage space and have money tied up in stock.

Great prices and reasonable delivery times mow a days. Likewise if you do a problem, the MD is just a phone call away, can't fault Chris at all.

Just a thought...........you could always try a craft store or beading. Just make sure that the wire is Kanthal A as you might be recommended Ni-Chrome...it'll work but not as well.

If it helps, the Truro store doesn't stock anything this small diameter, I have already asked when I was buying my multi-head screwdriver!!!

Can you elaborate on the Ni-Chrome. Why doesn't it work as well as kanthal?

my personal opinion .....tried both and found Ni-Chro dind't heat as well and gave a distinct "tang" to the vape.

A case of each to their own then I think charon. I use both, find no difference in the heat but it's kanthal that gives me a funny taste for the first few hits.

Surely there's a member close by who could help Mrsmac out with a bit of kanthal ? I could let you have pretty much any size but you'd have to pop up to Aberdeen, I'm in all day though
