wibble - the battery that you have is simply a rebranded eGo style battery, probably 650mah (milliamp per hour), which will last about 6-8 hours of average vaping. The good news is that it has two connections, the eGo threads are on the outside, and inside is a 510 thread. This means that almost anything you can buy to hold the juice and atomiser head will fit your battery.
However, there are other similar alternatives that have a higher Mah rating; a 1300mah Spinner for example would last you at least a day, and also has the advantage that you can adjust the power output (Variable Voltage) so you can alter the punch of the battery according to the juice you are using. Sure, it's a bit bigger, but you'll soon get used to that!
As far as 'tanks' are concerned, Clivia's recommendation of the Protank 2 is a good one; they have glass tanks so no worries about which juice you have in it, the atomiser ('atty') heads are replaceable at a good price, and they are an excellent quality product.
Myepack are great vendors, quick and very competitive prices, and good customer service too. Totally Wicked are renowned for being rather expensive, so you would do well to look at some of the other online vendors first. Make sure that you check out the discount codes too - most will save you at least 5%, many of them 10%, simply for being a forum member.

I went with totally wicked as thats who my friend bought from .. word of mouth is such a powerful tool ! but thanks to this forum and you for recommending it chykensa !! I will be shopping around before ordering anything else !
not sure I understand how the discount codes work but I will ask before I order anything. I will probably try and get a car charger and a new tank and mouthpiece before ordering more liquids as I think I have enough to keep me going for a few weeks, perhaps also a spare battery as yesterday was almost panic as battery died and I was like "oh sh*t I have to charge it now .. what do I do while it's charging !!! LOL"

I must say .. the banners are quite scary aren't they !! Looking at how much people have saved !!! so far I'm at £52 ... but when I see what people are saving after a couple of months it makes you think why the hell did I smoke !!! Well we all know why we did but those banners have given me a boost today ... wont be long before I can afford another trip to cornwall Chykensa !!

If you want to try fruits and that sort of thing, these are the best value. More expensive than Joose, and cheaper than Totally Wicked or Puffin (who've lost the plot these days with their prices....). Better than all 3.

As Clivia says, to be able to get the best taste from your juices some will need a good steep, but JooseJuice IMO will need steeping, depending what you buy, some from a few days and some 2 weeks+. Most online vendors make them fresh to order (not sure about Totally Wicked) and most online vendors have steeping recommendations somewhere on their site, if you are not sure you can always send a quick email to them asking what they times they recommend to steep for. I've not tried Hanseng or Dekang brand but I believe they don't need steeping. Another great site for juice is SteamGunk and I find they have the tastiest juice I have tried so far in my short vaping journey.
If you need any more equipment then I would also recommend Myepack they don't have a discount code as they are probably the cheapest online vendor in the UK but there are other sites (found in the list) that do.
Above all, if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask here, this lovely madcap community is one of the best you will find, period, and no matter how trivial you think the question is someone will always take the time to give you a honest answer.

Oioi, charon - surely my reputation isn't that bad!
I have a limited budget myself, and just appreciate good gear that just gets on and does its job without costing me an arm and a leg, hence the Caravela/Russian combo which just carries on working. Replace the wick every 4 or 5 days, and top up with juice when required
