So I ordered some new liquids from Joose Juice .. it says on the email confirmation "We recommend steeping them for at least one week prior to vaping/using them" Please can someone tell me what this means ??? I am new to all this and have no idea how to 'steep' LOL Thanks in advance

Take the caps off and leave them somewhere safe out of direct sunlight. Give them a shake every couple of days. This will improve the flavour.

Which flavours did you order wibble? Some of them are good to go straight away, others need up to 4 weeks to really come into their own.

thats actually bad advice caps off for few hours is airing and not steeping too much airing can actually loose flavour. lids on and in cool dark place open 3 or 4 times during this time blow fresh air into bottles and recapp and shake. Airing and steeping are two different things you only really need to air alcohol based flavours.

chykensa ... someone on here said try all flavours ... so I have ordered 3 .. cherry cola, cheesecake (had to try that one!) and bubblegum. Oh and I also went onto cloud atlas and bought a new kit (Ego CE5 Kit (1 batt, 1 CE5) - Purple CE5 / 900mAh Variable Voltage / Rainbow) so I have a spare. I originally wasn't going to bother with spares but with an impending visit from my mother I can't afford to have to have mine on charge and be without one LOL She'll drive me round the bend and I'll end up going up the road to buy mokes ... so I have ordered a pretty rainbow one

I found out the hard way. 3 batteries and 3 toppers would be my minimum kit now, doesn't matter what or which just got to have 3 of each, cos you can bet your bottom dollar they will break or die a death in pairs. Regarding the juice, think of steeping as another word for storing - try it would be my advice, if you like it good carry on and vape it. If you do not like it, because it is just not right pop it in a cupboard or a drawer out of the way for a week then try it again. If after 4 weeks you still don't like it you probably never will. Im not going to argue top on top off, squeeze , don't , different people have different methods, lifes too short to argue it doesn't matter do it your way. Then there are those juices that you know straight off , god no way, so no point steeping, some juices can not be made better -

Great news that you have some back-ups on the way wibble As far as your juices are concerned, as sammy13 mentions above, try them. If they taste not as you think they should, or have a chemical taste, or even no taste at all, then they could probably do with some steeping. I also don't bother about tops off, squeeze the air out each day malarkey, just pop it away and forget about it for a couple of weeks until you stumble across it! I got some Joosejuice Black Gold (Honey Tobacco) and it was really rank, so I put it away. Now, 4 weeks later, it's absolutely sublime, with loads of rich honey taste, although the tobacco seems to have disappeared. I generally mix the majority of my own juices, and I have to admit that some which I 'forgot' about for 3 months was delicious, rich dark colour and full to bursting with flavour. The Cherry Cola will probably be good to vape after a few days, as will the bubblegum. The cheesecake may take at least 2 weeks to reach maturity, and even longer if you can bear to wait. The best thing to do now is to order some more in a week or so, and stash it somewhere cool and dark for a month. Repeat this process for the next couple of months and you will have a great little stock to choose from. Once you have found a flavour that you like, and feel you can risk 30ml, you will automatically qualify for a BOGOF, and will get 60ml for the price of 30ml. It will of course be the same strength and flavour. There is a discount code for the site - AAEC12 - but this doesn't include the 10ml tasters. Looking forward to hearing about your opinions, as I wouldn't pick those flavours myself, preferring fruits and sweet dessert type juice. Still, the world would be a boring place if we all liked the same e-liquids!

I figured for £1.50 each I'd stick up on a few flavours as both me and other half are new to this ... I will order some more and store them away @ chykensa I was loathe to do this from TW as too expensive but at that price it's a bargain. I decided to order the spare kit after realising I'd saved more than the cost of that already in one week !! I don't want to go for tobacco flavours so am just randomly picking flavours ... Oh and wait more than two weeks for cheesecake ?? I may have to pop to tesco and buy a few cakes to keep me going if I have to wait that long !

Some people like cheap kit, and cheap juice, some people prefer provari's and expensive juice, there is only one way to find out. I have had excellent kit and juice from TW, Joyetech , and premium juice makers, I have had not so good stuff from the cheaper options, but would always recommend LT e cigs , so swings and roundabouts.
