My better half gets a better nights sleep too, she says I don't snore half as much as I used to when I smoked the stinkies !!

I do find lately that I'm more tired in the evenings, but I have a stressful time at work at the moment, and the FIL is failing fast too, so a lot to worry about.
However I do feel fitter and can do more activity before feeling tired, so that's a bonus.
Out of interest, how much sleep do folk have each night? I'm in bed at or just after midnight, and always awake at 6.30am. This week's a bit different because it's half term and I'm getting about 7.5 hours a night.

Very much the same as you. First week back teaching next week after an 18 month break...

jackcustard - the first week back after any break is a killer for me, so I can only guess what's it's like after 18 months away!

I'm the total opposite jackcustard , i'm actually finding it harder to get to sleep and waking up quite tired
Although finding it hard to get to sleep could be blamed on me chain vaping my 18mg custardy vapes before I go to bed or the fact I have loads more energy from kicking the smokes
