Since i have been.vapimg and only having the morning stinky. I have noticed my sleeping is much better, im springing out of bed which is unknown for me.
And come bedtime im knackered...
Nothing out of the ordinary in my routine has changed apart from vaping...
Anybody else noticed this?

Im not complaining i just feel far more on the ball and awake through the day but worn out come 11. Like you say its a good thing |

Me too, I've that even though I'm tired if I need it the energy is there, I have a lot more stamina (behave yourself you lot) but also sleep better. |

My sleeping has improved greatly since vaping . . . not least as I used to wake up 2/3 times a night and get up and go out for a cig.  Now if I do wake a quick chug on my ecig and I'm back to sleep again. |

What's with the nightmares ? Woke up shouting at least 3 times last night. Gail is not happy and has just headed off to work rather shattered. I suppose I could go back to bed for an hour. Hmmmmmmm that 10 foot commute to the office is a killer lol.

I've found I'm more awake than I use to be first thing. I've always been up early. But it use to take me awhile to come round and for my head to be in the right place. I find that it's a lot easier now to function sooner

I have a lot more energy and sleep better. Partly because of no stinkies, and partly because of hubby being off the stinkies ... He no longer snores!  |
