Is there supposed to be a gap wider than lilo's legs between the nemmy and the kayfun?
Am I just doing it wrong?

You're doing it wrong  1 unscrew the centre pin fro the top cap 2 screw the kayfun onto the topcap 3 screw in the centre pin until it makes contact 4 screw topcap onto tubes 5 insert battery 6 screw on switch |

Chris - I don't have a Nemesis myself, but I would have thought that the top centre pin on the mod is adjustable. If it's too far up, it will prevent the KF from screwing right down flush. I'm sure someone else will put me to rights if not  ETA: well there you are, OneDay beat me to it!!

lol take the kayfun off
unscrew the top part of the nemi(the bit the kayfun screw,s in to)
turn it upside down and there is a narled silver round washer looking thing that you unscrew a bit/lot
screw kayfun on and the tighten up the silver bit
UNSCREW THE SWITCH on the bottom a bit/lot as when you put it all back together there isnt the same amount off room for the batt so you NEED to do this
put batt back in and screw together and then re tighten the switch
simples
