Anyone tried to rebuild the new dual coil heads for the Aerotank Mega? Has any of you been successful and would like to share a tutorial?

But it's not easy to do unfortunately I gave up on trying to open via the top post as you would a normal protank/evod coil and recoiled the aspire way i.e. put a wicked micro coil up through the base, however it leaked! So back to the drawing board for me!

I got the top of one, you have to be really careful though as they can snap, the inside looks easy though but to be honest getting that centre tube off everytime you want to re-coil it will be a pita. I ain't tried the dual coils as they are silica but the OH did and she can't tell the difference between single coil and dual. I think they made these dual coils to stop people building the heads

Update - I managed to rebuild a new design head last night. I did it in the style of the Aspire Nautilus rebuild. I'm using the coil in an Aerotank Mini and have had two full tanks through. So far, no leaking, no gurgling or flooding. It's vaping like a champ, wicking is great and flavour is fantastic. The only issue with it is putting the stem back on, which won't go back on the way it was before. I screwed the base in as far as it would go and it does make a seal, so it doesn't affect the vape at all.
