Why thank you kind CaptainChaos, but that's the thing with forums..........I could be totally loopy, just very good at typing 
Actually I'm only slightly loopy and if it means more sninyitis then it's ok. It's still cheaper than stinkies and it's taken me over a year to move to the next step. However, a couple more little bits wouldn't hurt, and I can always pass my surplus on to my son.......win win

keep going CaptainChaos, one days you'll have a stinkie and just think "actually I really do prefer the taste of my ecig" and that will be it. Used to have a stinkie first thing, then vape the rest of the day, maybe have a stinkie last push too, but gradually just gave up on the stinkies, ran out of tobacco and haven't bothered buying anymore. Like the fact I can breathe properly too

That's the worst one to give up (for me) the first one in the morning - it kick starts my throat & I can carry on with the day.

I'm on half of what I used to smoke & it's changed to not NEEDING them, but the HABIT is the one I'm finding difficult - I'll get there I'm sure lol

I agree with that - first thing in the morning... 
Possibly because I haven't found the right first thing in the morning vape (working on it) - Probably just the sheet damned habit of it... Guessing one morning in two I reach for a stinkie and one morning in four I think "what on earth am I doing"....

Maybe you could have one tank with high nic for that first morning kick, then move to the ones you really like? It's was also a bit of a leap of faith for me.......I figured, if I don't want a cig for the rest of the day, why do I think I want one first thing? Habit? Mind games? Fear? And I found I was smoking that first one, then sitting down with a brew and vaping straight after. Was weird. So I jumped. It may not be forever, I hope it is and I stopped worrying about it. But enjoy whatever you do, however you do it and be happy. I also deeply begrudged the blummin tax I was paying to the idiots down in Westminster. Now I know I pay VAT on my kit, but at least I'm paying a price, not a ransom. Oh and the 'official' NRT stuff was useless too, and I got awfully fed up of standing outside. Now I simply ask.....mind if I use my vape in here.....and if I don't mention the 'cig' word, no one bats an eyelid

I just vape silly amounts first thing in the morning.

It was doing this with a particularly strong flavour that got me off the #1 cig of the day.

sleedale - lovely post, thank you! Glad you have begun to find your vaping 'place', although that will change as you get afflicted with Shinyitis, but comfort yourself with the fact that you;re still not spending as much as you were smoking!
Do you know how to rewick your NatureVape coil? If yes, then disregard this question. If no, please ask, we'll guide you through the (very simple) process

Hi chykensa thank you for the advice re shinyitis, I do tend to just buy what I need, or think I need to work for me, as evidenced by the fact that apart from juice, clearos and coils I haven't really upgraded anything for a year, but all that could start to change.........still as you say it's still a lot cheaper than stinkies.
I've looked at how to rewick the NV and when I get some new juices I'll give it a go, but I'm sure I'll be back on here asking how to do it properly. ATM my 'regular' liquid does taste a bit strange, but I haven't got any others I'm desperate to try in it, need to find the 'perfect' one/s. Might get a couple of spare coils for it, and the ego beauty ring, cos I'm not keen on the strange appearance sat atop the battery ???

narr they a grand lot on here welcome to the nut house

cotton takes a little bit to bed in and stats to taste bad at about 3 tanks so just keep a wee eye on it

and try low power 1st and slowly work your way up you find a sweet spot

Hi sleedale from another new member here You've done really well lasting the whole year on your original setup. Most here, from what ive seen so far, Wouldn't have got through the first month before shinyitus set in. Yes that includes me as well.
