jamesrd - just wait until you have a few atomiser heads under your belt, you'll soon get a feel and taste for when the coil is beginning to gunk up and operate below par. At a couple of quid each, it's worth changing them quite regularly, but PLEASE don't throw them away, either you can learn to recoil them at a later date of someone here will be able to recoil them for you at some point. If you are concerned, remember that 15ml of juice and one atomiser head every week equates to a pack and a half of cigarettes, so not exactly expensive to run!! I would also second the comments above ^^^ about going for a VV (Variable Voltage) battery - you will notice such a difference in your vape. Keep the Evod batteries as spares, they will always come in handy for discreet out and about vaping if a Spinner feels too large!

the Nautilus is a great atty - however - so is the protank 2 with the airflow controller and many others - go with what you have at the moment - and also you don't want this cig - it's your mind trying to play a trick - we all have trained our brains to the smoking addiction - a bit of patience and you will be fine

jamesrd I can't stress enough that you need to try a variety of juices to stay off the stinkies, most members have a few flavours on the go to stop the taste buds getting bored. I find a mint/menthol is great to kick start my taste buds even though I never liked menthol smokes I sometimes add a few drops of menthol to a tobacco flavour. There are so many flavours out there you don't have to stick to tobacco and even with tobacco flavours there is such a variety out there to choose from.

jamesrd - whilst the strengths would not be suitable for you as most of my (home-mixed) juices are below 10mg, I have just had a quick 'headcount' in my juice box and I have 35 different flavours. Some of these are 'go-to' ones which I enjoy most days, but I also have another dozen or so which are great for a bit of variety. The others? - nice once every so often, like a pint of Guinness!! Why restrict yourself to a couple of flavours when there are just so many amazing taste combinations around to get your teeth into!? Be adventurous, some of the flavours that you think you won't like will become your favourites, and of course some won't hit the button at all!

jamesrd I second the joosejuice menthol - a very strong throat hit. I have just used the standard flavour strength so far but when I am craving a cig it really helps. You can feel the cooling of the menthol quite far down your throat so it kind of simulates the hit from a real cig. Give it a go, you've nothing to lose and as always, any problems just ask - always someone here to help!
