Steeping changes juices, but you can vape them all straight after mixing, from your list the red astaire doesn't need steeping at all in my opinion.
Steeping is not required, it just improves some juices. Plus, it happens naturally anyway, unless you mix in very small batches.

You can vape Red Astaire immediately though it does get a little better with a few days steeping.

One more question: does my nicotine base need to be refrigerated? I have had it for maybe 4-5 months now and I have just kept in the bottles it came delivered in and have just left them in a bag in my room. Will they have lost any of there potency?

use the calculator at the top of the page hereI don't know if there is PG in the flavour concentrate or not though Might be worth sending them a email and asking if the concentrates are in a PG solution

Is 4-5 months to long to have it unrefrigerated ? @alopezg1 I don't think so, it normally has a longer shelf life than that - even if you don't freeze it, it might be worth keeping it in a cool dark place away from higher temperatures and sunlight etc.. from what I've read heat does destroy some of the nicotine. Hope this helps....

iirc the giveaway is an 'earthy' taste. Try mixing a bit 50/50 with a base (no flavour) and see how it tastes. If it's really earthy, so much so that your concentrate won't cover it then get rid. Otherwise it should be fine.
