Roscopecotrain I've got one of these en route and looking forward to giving it a try. I've been looking for a new good looking dripping atty and saw mention of this somewhere, thought it looked really good and for the money it has to be worth a punt.

Roscopecotrain I've only ever single coiled my drippers just for tasting purposes. Usually i just wrap a coil but I've had a bash at dual micro coiling this one. My micro coiling isn't bad I use them in my aerotanks without problems but I'm having a little problem with setting this up. I've made a couple of micro coils with .28 kanthal and when it comes to fitting the legs into the posts it kind of opens the last couple of wraps up at either end of the coil. Do I just need to make the coils longer or maybe leave the legs longer ?

I kept the legs a touch longer Jay but then once in place i fired on a mod and then gave them both a good squeeze. Seemed to sort it out for me.

I have one and am finding it far too airy for my tastes. I have to completely block two of the three holes on each side, as the tabs aren't quite big enough to cover all three holes.

Half a hole is more than enough for me.

It's really more of a straight to lung inhaler, smaller air holes are better for the mouth to lung job.
