Their juices really do benefit from a few weeks 'forgotten about'. I have some Vanilla which I bought a few weeks ago from zeldamum and it wasn't great, but now is really full and flavoursome - I should practice what I preach! yes you should !!! how can I take you seriously if I know you sneak before they're ready ?? tut tut tut !!!! He like most of us I would think suffer the "I can not wait" kid sickness, just like a child waiting for Christmas day, we all try and sleek a peak at what's there sitting in the cupboard. What ever be says he will do it again and again. "Ooo I will just have a little try of that" |

Have just filled up with my 'cheesecake' flavour I bought a couple of weeks ago and have been 'steeping' in the cupboard ... It's GOOOOD  I'm having one of those moments today too! I filled my Nautilus up with some 6 week old Custardy Lovechild to try for the first time and OMG!!!....................... It's GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD   |

It's all in the interests of quality control wibble and halight - I need to quantify the improvement that steeping gives to my juices, and testing them on a periodic basis is the only way to objectively assess their maturation. That, and I just can't be arsed to wait!!! |
