Got an email off my ex partener earlier saying she'd bought an ecig. Full of dread I asked her what exactly she had bought and how much.
She responded saying its an ibaccy and it came with ....wait for it.... two free OILS!  And it cost her a mere £29.99.

Last time I saw her a couple of weeks ago she was Interested in vaping to cut out the couple of stinkies she has a day. So I told her to wait untill I got my stock and id give her an itaste vv at cost.

The ibaccy is a 350+mah ego with a ce4 style clearo on top.

Now this be my question. Can she return it within a certain period for refund? Even though it "works"

Yes she can. If she bought it on the net under distance selling regulations, so long as it hasn't been used.
If it was bought from a shop then she has a minium of 14 days to return it unused.
