wibble I have a habit of writing crap on envelopes I'm afraid, just to lighten up my day.

I sent a package out to a friend America with Marmite in it (cos they cant get it easily over there) and they returned it because there was so much "To: D.... R.... (not a tw@t)" "There is no poison in this package but don't open it" "If this package stops ticking walk away" and "To the post person - have a really lovely day, ya hear me? YA HEAR ME!!!!?" .....

And they returned to sender (me).

Hopefully the person who receives them likes them lol

OMG !! you sound like me !! 

When it's a friends/family members 'big birthday' I always decorate the envelope with their age !! (my aunt went balisitc years ago when I wrote Happy 40th all over the envelope !!) .. last year my friend was 40 and she knows what I'm like - we were chatting before her birthday and she said please don't decorate my card with my age, so I asked her what I should do .. she said anything but her age .. so I childishly drew penis's all over the envelope instead 
She rang me on her birthday and was in fits of laughter saying the postman knocked on the door rather than post it as he said he wanted to see her face  

So be warned if I ever offer to send anything to anyone

Brilliant, both of you.   Me, I just do nice little notes, in gold or silver pen and draw cat faces on everything.
Must start being more adventurous with my postage.  I see many packets coming and going. So please feel free to say there is a tick tock, or block of hashish, or bottle of nitroglycerin or something in my packages.
