Omg my brain just isn't awake yet, 07:54. I just had to Google STI !!!!. I actually used to have a classic imprezza 2l non turbo, bright red!. Sheep destroyed it!. I really couldn't think what STI stood for just then.  I'm such a sleepy dozy fu%&er.

Came out of a 30mph speed zone. Accelerated up and away and as i reached about 50mph, a sheep telleported right in front of me.

Honestly, I was on my way to take the OH fishing for the first time, so was just toodling along, got to about 50 and this bloody thing jumped over the embankment right into the middle of the road.
Hit it straight on like a lampost, sheep over roof, instant death. I pulled over as it happened. 2 cars behind me didn't even stop.  Just accelerated past.

chassis buckled, engin bolts about 3 inches further back and or snapped.  Radiator gone, so sad.  so so so sad.  Best car I ever had, stuck to the road like shit to a shovel. Which was useful living in the Outer Hebrides Wetness.

Poor car. Never driven one sadly, but I always wanted to because of their reputation for sticking to the road.

There must be something about red cars & animals, as my dad wrote off his Nissan Stanza - don't Google it, it's ugly as sin - many years ago after hitting a bull at 60mph. This was on a country back road just outside Annan, around 11pm at night, so the bull was well camouflaged.

The bull was able to walk, well more like limp, away. Sadly it had to be put down though

But thankfully, so did the car
