Any tips? dealing with what you know will be a stressful day

wibble I fill like that a lot of the time still (as a newbie) main times for me are dealing with my bosses wife and on the golf course all I do is tell myself that the brain needs the nic and vaping my fav juice will give it all it needs
Then I think of how bad the guys/girl smell with they stinkies and I used to smell like that!
That`s all it takes for me to stay away for stinkies

Awe guys....I recommend going out for a vape wibble. It'll help you stay sane.....Fresh air will do you wonders...

I have problems but not as bad as that. My relatives moan but get the message when I say 'stop moaning'. It's an age thing.....

and also if it is that bad you have to have a stinkie or two....no worries.....when I'm ill (or lower my nic too fast) I have stinkies for a wee while. You'll be back vaping in no time. Really the last thing you need when you have stress is worry about stinkies v e-cig. Up your nic/ml level. Go out out for regular vape breaks and if it gets to 'pulling your hair out' then stinkie...

Remember parents are to be cherished and no one is perfect wibble

The only trouble with alcohol is that quite often, it can make you lose your inhibitions and you start to tell more home truths than other people want to hear ....

so saying "oh let's talk about something else shall we" turns into "oh shut the **** up with your whiny ****ing moaning! What time is the last ****ing bus?"

or something like that.

When I recently had a couple of very stressful days I made up some higher nic juice but found that I didn't need it and never even thought about having a ciggie much to my surprise. It's helpful that you don't need to go outside to vape and the thought of the stress without a ciggie was much more frightening than it turned out to be. Ciggs increase stress and it's easier to grab a quick vape which you don't need to smoke to the last dredges use as needed.
