Since taking up Vaping I have discovered Chocolate and Iced Buns.
The price of being able to taste yummy things.

I've not lost weight, but I'm already a wide load but least I definitely haven't been snacking! I agree that all the sweet flavours in juice satisfy my sweet tooth and my hands are busy pressing mod buttons to be dipping my hand IN the chocolate buttons................ One of the best things for me is that I now drink at least 2 pints of water a day, I sip all day long. So at least I'm flushing my system out nicely, the minus is amount of loo breaks! There's 5 of us in my home and one loo --- its a battle for the bathroom! Hey don't knock it, real women have curves, just ask the OH as to the choccie buttons, a little treat once a week is good for you, again according to my OH

A good diet for someone who doesn't eat vegetables is probably one that involves eating some vegetables! I think its a genetic thing. My Father, myself and my eldest son and my eldest Grandson, all inexplicably stopped eating them at 18 months old. Doesn't seem to have done us any harm...just lost my Dad at the age of 92 and a fitter healthier man than he was, would be hard to find.
