After watching a number of richo71's reviews I took a closer look at the Elegant Vapour website and noticed a Black Copper Stingray. It looked good and was a great price so took the plunge on Monday evening. I also thought it'd be good to pick up a Fogger v4+ as well

Anyway, they arrived this morning all nicely packaged up. Impressive free delivery. Anyhow, I found that in the 650 extension tube of the Stingray was a kick module. I didn't realise that this was meant to be part of the kit so I dropped them a line on their website contact form this evening (after working hours) just to make sure they hadn't made a mistake and given me something I hadn't paid for. I then had to go out but someone from Elegant - sorry, didn't get his name - phoned my wife within a few minutes to reassure us that the kick was part of the package. Wow, that's what I call customer service.

So, the bottom line is, great stuff, great delivery and great customer service. I'll certainly be using them again.

Great stuff, glad you are happy, yeah Phil at elegantvapour does the walk in shop and packs the online sales and he generally supplies something for free, i am up there again tomorrow and i will pass on the comments Arcturion and thanks for watching the videos

Actually, I just got an email from Mazen at Elegant to confirm that they are adding Sigelei kicks to mod orders at the moment. But please do reiterate my comments. Good stuff all round.

Yeah i will pass on your Kind comments, Mazen and Phil are great peeps
