Thankyou everyone, I'm looking forward to tonight as I have tickets to see 'The Lion King' at Liverpool Empire so that'll be great.

My day started off terrible!! My mum called in and almost the 1st thing she did as I was making her a cuppa, is fling open fridge and exclaim at the state of my salad drawer (there was a sealed gem lettuce that was manky in plastic sealed bag, granted) As she hauled out the tray she knocked shelf off and everything fell onto tiled floor, the recently made egg mayonnaise bowl, covered in clingfilm (probably source of smell) and the leftover veg bowl and the bowl with tikka masala leftovers ...drama!

Thank you for all your lovely birthday wishes (and yes I'm extra ancient now)

I nearly didn't bother opening my cards (was considering rescheduling birthday to tomorrow) as after the 2nd drama of day was me racing out to get daughter from school and bring her purse to get her prom ticket -- to discover I'd left my phone behind (I normally text her to say I'm in car park)

School couldn't get hold of her so I waited in car.....for 45 minutes getting more and more irate and wondering why wasn't she at least coming down to reception to see where I was. I still hadn't had a morning cuppa AND my e-ciggies were at home :'(

3rd drama was my oldest best friend calling to wish me birthday salutations. You ask why? well, who brings their 3yr old toddler along who then proceeds to trash my house!!

I cant even have a drink as I'm driving to theatre tonight. But at 10.30 tonight I'm planning a triple vodka or 8
